Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE the
minutes from Monday, April 20, 2026.
Agenda Items:
Green Bay Street Reconstruction Design Recommendation.
A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Dickinson, to APPROVE the Green
Bay Street - Current Conditions option. The motion passed with the following
vote:

Bidder's Proof of Responsibility.
A motion was made by Trane, seconded by Goggin, to APPROVE. The motion
passed with the following vote:

Yes:
Request from Northern Natural Gas to approve replacement of approximately
one mile of the WIB 11901 Tomah Branch Line.
Stephen Sullivan, Nathan Nolan, and Chuck Lee were called to speak.
A motion was made Gallager, seconded by Goggin, to APPROVE with
conditions of Northern Natural Gas to continue working with staff. The motion
passed with the following vote:
