A motion was made by Padesky, seconded by Stine, that the Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED.  
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Padesky, that the Ordinance be  
AMENDED as proposed (11.24.2025 version). The motion carried by the  
following vote:

A motion was made by Padesky, seconded by Stine, that the Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED to the Common Council on

A motion was made by Padesky, seconded by Dickinson, that the Resolution be

of the La Crosse Municipal Code for the 2026 license period (Public Vehicle

A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Padesky, that the Applications  
be RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAME to the Common  
Council on 12/11/2025. The motion carried by the following vote:

Various license applications pursuant to Chapters 4, 6, and/or 10 of the La  
Crosse Municipal Code for the license period 2025-2026 (December).  
A motion was made by Weston, seconded by Dickinson, that the Applications  
be RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAME to the Common  
Council on 12/11/2025. The motion carried by the following vote:

AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Single Family  
Residence District to the Residence District, allowing for a duplex and the  
construction of an accessory dwelling unit at 1931 George Street & 1126  
Livingston Street.  
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Stine, that the Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 12/11/2025. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Yes:  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Low Density  
Multiple Dwelling District to the Commercial District, allowing for 610 Hagar  
Street to be combined with the adjacent parcel of the same zoning.  
A motion was made by Padesky, seconded by Weston, to OPEN public hearing.  
The motion carried unanimously.  
The following spoke: Colin Klos & James Wille.  
Unanimous consent to close public hearing.  
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Padesky, that the Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 12/11/2025. The  
motion carried by the following vote:
