Notice is hereby given that the Library Board may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat.  
Sec. 19.85 (1)(c) to discuss employment, promotions, compensation or performance evaluation data  
of a public employee. Following any closed session, the Board may reconvene in open session.
