of long-term policy changes for Water and Sewer Laterals to the Board of  
Public Works meeting on October 20, 2025 and APPROVE the following  
properties as a pilot program for future policy considerations: 1003 & 1009/1011  
King Street; 3024, 3026, 3166, and 3168 33rd St S; 1024 & 1027 9th St S. The  
motion carried by the following vote:
