An Informational Session has been called by Mayor Shaundel  
Washington-Spivey at the request of Council President Tamra Dickinson inviting  
the Common Council and the La Crosse County Board to a joint update by Jim  
Drees and Brian Sampson on the Pathways Home Plan.
