The meeting was called to order by board chair at 8:30am.

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made to approve the minutes from the September meeting, the motion  
carried unanimously.

Agenda Items:  
Update on budget.

NO ACTION TAKEN  
Request to approve the grant deadline extension from October 1st, to October  
15th.

The motion has been approved as amended with a first by Stensen and second  
by Manges. The deadline has been extended to October 20, 2025.
