license period 2023-24 (Notice of Intent for Non-Renewal).

Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate its decision. Following such closed session, the  
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)  
Unanimous consent to RECOMMEND RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SAME,  
per the Stipulated Agreement, to the Common Council on 6/8/2023.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 32-5 of the Code of  
Ordinances of the City of La Crosse regarding camping on  
City-owned property.

A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Woodard, to OPEN public  
hearing; the motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Woodard, to CLOSE public  
hearing; the motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Woodard, that the Ordinance be  
REFERRED WITH NO RECOMMENDATION to the Common Council on 6/8/2023.  
The motion carried by the following vote:
