The meeting was called to order by board chair at 8:30am.

Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Manges, seconded by Black to approve the December
meeting minutes. The motion carried by voice vote.
Notices and Discussions
Agenda Items:
Pursuant to Section 2-128 (b) of Code of Ordnances for the City of La
Crosse, it is required that each committee member review the provisions of
the Code of Ethics.
Received and filed
Discussion and request to approve meeting start time change to 8am.
A motion was made by Sherman, seconded by Manges, that this Request be
REFERRED to the Arts Board, due back by 2/3/2026. The motion carried by
voice vote.
Request to approve the grant deadline extension from January 1, 2026 to
February 1, 2026.
A motion was made by Black, seconded by Freedland, that this Request be
APPROVED . The motion carried by voice vote.
