A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE the
minutes from November 10, 2025. The motion carried unanimously.

Finding and order to establish a no-parking zone on the south side of the
1600 and 1700 blocks of Saint Andrew Street.

Finding and order to establish a no-parking zone on the west side of the 100
Block of 28th Street South.
