The meeting was called to order by the Working Group Chair, Larry Sleznikow at 12:05  
p.m.

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Kahlow, to APPROVE the  
minutes of June 25, 2025. The motion carried unanimously.

Proposed City Administrator position.

- Discussion of Mayor Shaundel Washington-Spivey’s proposed city administrator  
panel discussion and roundtables with community members during upcoming, noticed  
City Administrator Working Group meetings  
Mayor Shaundel attended this meeting. Kristen Schadeberg, City Communications  
Coordinator in the Mayor’s Office, also attended. The Mayor proposed several  
community round tables and panel discussions with city administrators from other  
municipalities in conjunction with future City Administrator Working Group meetings.  
Sleznikow will work with Kristen Schadeberg and Annette Steele in the Mayor’s office  
to coordinate times in September when both the Mayor and a quorum of CAWG  
members are available to schedule collaborative CAWG meetings that would include  
the panel discussion and round table sessions.  
- Review Daniel Foth’s latest edits to the city administrator information paper and  
one-sheet document and approve them.  
Daniel Foth, who attended the meeting in person, provided his latest updated versions  
of the information paper and one-sheet documents. Upon review during the meeting,  
working group members had several additional edits for the documents.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Janssen to approve the  
documents that will include Daniel Foth’s final edits determined during this  
meeting. The motion carried unanimously.  
- Establish agenda items for the next meeting.  
An update on Mayor Shaundel’s proposed community member round tables and panel  
discussions.  
Create a draft of the future CAWG community engagement sessions, i.e. what they will  
look like and include for the public.
