The meeting was called to order at 8:30 am.

Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Ericson, seconded by Young, that the minutes be  
approved. The motion carried on voice vote.  
Approval of Minutes from October 14, 2025 meeting.  
Agenda Items:  
Green Bay Street Project Discussion.  
1.  
Engineering presented on the options for bicycle facilities on Green Bay Street.  
Engineering estimates the additional cost of adding protected bicycle facilities  
at $690,000. Adding the protected facilities would be years out. Engineering is  
asking if they should explore constructing the final phase of the project as  
protected with anticipation for a future capital project on the rest of the  
corridor.  
Committee Members asked about protecting the on street lanes with pylons or  
other protection. Committee Members asked about the possibility of parking  
protected bike lanes.  
Ericson made a motion to pursue protected bike lanes from West to 14th,  
second by Young. The motion passed unanimously.  
Ericson made a motion create a CIP request to make Green Bay St Protected  
bike lanes, second by Hughs. The motion passed unanimously.  
Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan One Year Review.

Staff provided an update on projects that the Committee has been working on  
the past year. The Committee discussed future project ideas to work on  
throughout the next year.  
Updates from Committee Members and Call for Future Agenda Items.

The meeting adjourned at 9:43 am.
