East Avenue, and Ward Avenue; 16th Street and Main Street; and Seventh  
Street and Cass Street.

A motion was made by Kiel, seconded by Kahlow, that the Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE RE-REFERRED 30 days to the September 2023 meetings.

the motion carried unanimously.
