Board members unanimously confirmed their review of the City of La Crosse Code of  
Ethics.  
Approval of Minutes  
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Trane, to APPROVE the  
minutes from January 5, 2026. The motion carried unanimously.

Request of La Crosse Farmers Market Association to close Pearl St (between  
2nd and 4th) every Friday 2PM-9PM, May to October 2026, for the Pearl Street  
Market (contingent on required approvals and issuance of city and county  
permits, including Special Event Permit through City Clerk's Office).

A motion was made by Washington-Spivey, seconded by Trane, to REFER until  
the Board of Public Works meeting on January 26, 2026. The motion carried by
