Notices and Discussions  
Council Member Sleznikow thanked the outgoing elected officials for their efforts over  
the last four years and wished them all well. Council Member Goggin noted the April  
2nd Police Dept Promotion and the April 4th Fire Dept Award Ceremony. Council  
Member Woodard gave a farewell and showed his appreciation for his fellow  
colleagues. Council President Kahlow presented a Key to the City to outgoing elected  
officials and thanked them for their service. Council Member Neumann reflected on the  
Ethics Complaint submitted against him. Council Member Kiel thanked the outgoing  
elected officials and City Staff for their work. Council Member Schwarz thanked City  
Staff and outgoing elected officials. Mayor Reynolds noted the wonderful Police &  
Fire Department promotional ceremonies and recognized the City Clerk and their  
remarkable team for their work on the recent election. He also noted that the City  
website has a Chatbot named "River" and thanked city staff for their efforts in getting  
it up and running. Reynolds welcomed the new City Council members and Mayor and  
thanked them for stepping up; he also thanked the outgoing elected officials and City  
staff and noted that the incremental changes made over time make a difference and  
that all should be proud of the work that has been done to improve the community.
