This meeting was called to order at 9:04 am.

A motion was made by Delagrave, seconded by Bachmeier, that the minutes  
be approved. The motion carried on voice vote.

A motion was made by Sprang, seconded by Bachmeier, to appoint Delegrave  
as Public Member. The motion carried on voice vote. A motion was made by  
Delegrave, seconded by Sprang to appoint Mayor Washington-Spivey as  
Chairperson. The motion carried on voice vote.  
Review responsibilities of the Joint Review Board  
Review and discuss draft Project Plans  
Set next meeting date to consider approval of the TIDs  
Approved date of 07/21/2026 at 9:00 am.
