be AMENDED as proposed (change in funding source to x). The motion carried  
unanimously.

be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED to the Common Council on  
11/14/2024. The motion carried by the following vote:

hearing. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Goggin, seconded by Sleznikow, to CLOSE public  
hearing. The motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Sleznikow, seconded by Schwarz, that the resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED.  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Schwarz,to convene in  
CLOSED SESSION pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(e) to consider the  
investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business,  
whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The  
motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sleznikow, to reconvene in  
OPEN SESSION. The motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be AMENDED per the Pathways Home team recommendation ($300,000 to  
Karuna and $801,869.25 to Couleecap). The motion carried on a vote of 4 to 2  
(No: Janssen, Goggin).  
A motion was made by Neumann, seconded by Sleznikow, that the Resolution  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED to the Common Council on  
11/14/2024. The motion carried by the following vote:
