Deliberations following nonrenewal hearings per Wis. Stat. sec. 125.12
Padesky moved to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(a)
to deliberate its decision. Second by Dickinson. The motion carried
unanimously.
Application of Chabolla Corp. dba Tequila's Mexican Restaurant, 515 West
Ave. S. for a Combination "Class B" Beer and Liquor License for license year
July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and Notice of Intent to Not Renew.
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis.
Stat. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision. Following such closed session, the
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)
Padesky moved to not renew and adopt the finding of fact and conclusions of
law as presented by the complainant. Second by Weston. Passed
unanimously 4-0.
Application of Mema Enterprises LLC dba Citgo on State, 1914 State Road,
for
a "Class A" Liquor License, Class "A" Beer License and Cigarette,
Tobacco and Electronic Vaping Device License for license year July 1, 2026
through June 30, 2027 and Notice of Intent to Not Renew.
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis.
Stat. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision. Following such closed session, the
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)
