Chairperson Sayner called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon.

Approval of Minutes
Commissioner Bacon moved for approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes held
November 12, 2025; Commissioner Juran seconded; motion carried, 3-0.
Approval of Bills
Commissioner Bacon presented bills as follows as well as included the cost of
the luncheon: Public Housing, $175,609.92; Voucher Program, $264.78;
Mainstream Program, $0.00; Capital Fund Program, $451,745.00; Forest Park,
$20,375.04; Ping Manor, $37,893.48; Non-Assisted Account, $400.52; Central
Office Cost Center, $6,810.10; Checks to be approved, $156,472.86; Total,
$849,571.70; Commissioner Juran moved for approval of bills and lunch as
presented; Commissioner Marina seconded; motion carried, 3-0.
