Mayor Reynolds noted the open house for new Fire Station #2 which is the first new fire  
station in the City of La Crosse since 1967. He also noted that the City had been  
selected to receive an IT Sustainability award from the Global Electronics Council.  
Lastly, Reynolds encouraged everyone to take a look at the two reports submitted by  
the Police Department and acknowledged the passing of Canine Officer Thor.
