Application of Sughra Group of Companies LLC dba Sushi Pirate for a
Combination "Class B" Beer and Liquor license at 212 Main St. for the
2024-2025 license period and appeal of denial by the Police Department.
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats.
sec. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision. Following any closed session, the Committees
and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)
Kiel arrived at 5:02 p.m. and Woodard arrived at 5:17 p.m.
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Dickinson, to convene in Closed
Session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision. The
motion carried unanimously.
Unanimous consent to reconvene in Open Session.
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Kahlow, that the Application be
RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION DENYING THE SAME to the Common Council on
9/12/2024 (per no server training course and pending charges; applicant may
reapply after disposition of criminal case). The motion carried by the following
vote:
