direction to City of La Crosse Sewer Superintendent to impose a forfeiture to  
City Brewery up to twice a week and up to $1,000 per occurrence of BOD/COD  
violation. The motion carried by the following vote:

The Board of Public Works meetings on December 23rd and 30th are  
cancelled; meetings will resume starting January 6, 2025.
