Chair Mackenzie Mindel called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.

Complaint in the matter of City of La Crosse vs. Latino Bar and Grill LLC  
with Notice of Intent for Revocation of Combination "Class B" Beer and  
Liquor License for the premise address 115 5th Ave. S., La Crosse,  
25-0176  
Wisconsin.  
(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in closed session pursuant to  
Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision. Following such closed session, the  
Committees and/or Council may reconvene in open session.)  
A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Woodard, to convene in CLOSED  
SESSION pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision as a  
quasi judicial body. The motion carried by unanimous vote.  
A motion was made by Kahlow, seconded by Woodard, to APPROVE the  
Report of the Judiciary & Administration Committee. The motion carried by  
unanimous vote.

The meeting adjourned from closed session at 3:41 p.m.
