Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Benish, seconded by Ives, to APPROVE the minutes
from October 7, 2025. The motion carried unanimously.
Elect Secretary
Agenda Items:
A motion was made by Ives, seconded by Arauz, to APPROVE appointment of
Emma Latus to Secretary. The motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Shaundel to present purpose and vision of the DEI Team (5 C's).
Presentation cancelled to enable the Team to create its purpose and vision.
Discussion of the DEI Team mission statement and definition of the 5 C's.
Discussion only. Reflected on current mission statement and 5 C's framework in
relation to needs of the City.
Discussion of the DEI Team's goals for 2025 and 2026.
Discussion only. Determined plan to develop an Equity Action Plan for 2026 with key
focus areas.
