Call to Order
Chair Adam Hatfield called the meeting to order at 4:01pm.
Roll Call
Members missing at the start of the meeting were John Kovari, and Gus
Fimple. Kovari joined the meeting at 4:03. Fimple joined the meeting around
4:20.

Approval of Minutes of April 28, 2022 Meeting.
A motion was made by Przytarski, seconded by Richmond, that these minutes
be ADOPTED. The motion carried by voice vote.

Review of Long Term Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for River Point
District.

APPROVED. The motion carried by voice vote.

Consideration and possible action on request to amend Planning Option
Agreement with F Street Group.
A motion was made by Dunn, seconded by Kovari to extend the current F
Street Group Planning Option Agreement to July 31, 2022. The motion carried
by voice vote.
May 2022- Monthly update from WiRED Properties on River Point District.
