AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 6-1, to repeal and recreate Section 6-9,  
and to create Section 6-19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse  
regarding vicious animals and the regulation of Reckless Animal Owners.  
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Weston, that the Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 11/13/2025. The

AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Washburn

RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 11/13/2025. The
