Meeting called to order by Commissioner Jentz at 8:30 a.m.

Approval of Minutes  
Minutes of January 21, 2026 meeting.  
Motion by Commissioner Szymalak to approve the minutes of the January 21,  
2026 meeting. Motion seconded by Commissioner Parke. Unanimous  
approval. Commissioner Nasif abstained.  
Agenda Items:

Fire Personnel Report - February, 2026  
Presented by: Chief Schott  
Motion by Commissioner Nasif to accept and file the February, 2026 Fire  
Personnel Report. Motion seconded by Commissioner Parke. Unanimous  
approval.  
A. Promotion of Lieutenant Jay Lindahl to the rank of Captain.  
Motion by Commissioner Nasif to approve the promotion of Lieutenant Jay  
Lindahl to the rank of Captain. Motion seconded by Commissioner Parke.  
Unanimous approval.  
B. Appointment of the following to regular status following successful completion of  
probationary period:  
1. Engineer Brian Fox  
2. Engineer Ben Leis  
3. Firefighter Jamison Cullen  
4. Firefighter Kurt Trunkel  
5. Firefighter McKay Wolsey  
6. Firefighter Cameron Zimmerman  
Motion by Commissioner Nasif to approve the appointments of the following  
Engineers to regular status following successful completion of introductory  
periods: Brian Fox and Ben Leis. Motion seconded by Commissioner Parke.  
Unanimous approval.  
Motion by Commissioner Nasif to approve the appointments of the following  
Firefighters to regular status following successful completion of introductory  
periods: Jamison Cullen, Kurt Trunkel, McKay Wolsey, and Cameron  
Zimmerman. Motion seconded by Commissioner Parke. Unanimous approval.  
C. Request one-month extension of probationary period for Firefighter Grace Babb.  
Motion by Commissioner Nasif to approve the request for one-month extension  
of probationary period for Firefighter Grace Babb. Motion seconded by  
Commissioner Parke. Unanimous approval.  
Police Personnel Report - February, 2026
