Approval of Minutes from the September 9th, 2025 meeting.
A motion was made by Pueschner, seconded by Sward that these minutes be
APPROVED. Voice vote carried unanimously.
Agenda Items:
Selection of WisDOT alternatives on HWY 53 Downtown.

Chair Sleznikow called for a vote of support for each WisDOT Alternative as
presented. There was unanimous support from the BPAC members present for
Alternative 1.
Project Updates (Wagon Wheel Trail, Grand Crossing Trail, Goose Island
Segment, Safety Action Plan, etc.)

Resolution authorizing the application and committing to the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation - Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP)
Grant funding for the King Street Greenway and Ranger Drive Protected Bike
