Staff provide an overview of the application and their recommendation. The
applicant had submitted two additional examples of how to incorporate metal
in to the design of the railing of the deck.
Jim Gallagher moved to approve the application, allowing for the applicant to
use either Example 1 or Example 2 of the railing designs they provided. Bruce
Banes seconded. The motion passed 5-1 by voce vote. Reiman voting no
stating that the use of wood is not aesthetically appropriate.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:59pm.
