Application of Chloe Seelig for a Beverage Operator's License and appeal of  
denial by the Police Department. (Note: The Committee and/or Council may  
convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec. 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its  
decision. Following any closed session, the Committees and/or Council may reconvene  
in open session.)

Padesky briefly left the room, but returned prior to testimony of the speakers.  
The following were sworn in by City Attorney Matty, and spoke: Greg Elsen  
(representing the Police Department), Chloe Seelig, and Police Chief Kudron.  
Unanimous consent to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. sec.  
19.85(1)(a) to deliberate its decision.  
A motion was made by Bedford, seconded by Padesky, that the Application be  
RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION DENYING THE SAME (with ability to reapply  
within 6 months) to the Common Council on 8/14/2025. The motion carried by  
the following vote:
