Call to Order
Chair Hatfield called this meeting to order at 4:00 PM.
Roll Call
Approval of Minutes from the November 21st, 2024 meeting.
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Fimple that these minutes be
APPROVED. Voice vote carried unanimously.
Agenda Items:
Annual Code of Ethics Policy Review.
Attachments:
All committee members have reviewed and accept the Code of Ethics.
Consideration and possible action on River Point District marina project.
Attachments:
A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Sigman that this request be
APPROVED to be paid through planning option agreement payments. Voice
vote carried unanimously.
Monthly Project Manager report for River Point District - January 2025.

Consideration and possible action on contract extension for River Point
