Approval of the November 5, 2025 Meeting Minutes.  
The motion was made by CM Goggin, second by Hurtubise to approve the  
meeting minutes. The motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.  
Agenda Items:  
Annual Code of Ethics Policy Review.

All Commission members acknowledged they have or will read and agree to  
the Code of Ethics.  
Presentation from Inspections Department.

Chief Building Inspector David Reinhart presented information on the Building  
and Inspections Department.  
"Our City, Your 15" Update from the Mayor.

The Mayor provided an update on the "Our City, Your 15" meetings he has  
been having with the public. The Mayor opened it up for Commissioners to  
bring up questions or concerns they might have.

Update on the zoning/subdivision code project.  
Staff provided an update on where staff and consultants are with the Zoning  
Code project. Staff will likely come to neighborhood associations this Spring  
for another round of engagement.
