Approval of the August 6, 2025 Meeting Minutes.

Motion made by Geary, second by McDonnell to approve the August 6, 2025  
meeting minutes. The motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Presentation from Scott Lind on Outdoor Lighting & Dark Sky Initiatives.

Scott was unable to get his internet working and will reschedule to be at a  
future meeting.  
Discussion on Neighborhood Revitalization Commission 2025/2026 Action  
Plan.

Staff presented a matrix of objectives, actions and goals from what had been  
previously discussed by commissioners. Commissioners discussed their desire  
for what to include in the action plan. There was discussion on neighborhood  
events, implementing the Comprehensive Plan, and vacant and underutilized  
parcels.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:46 pm.
