A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Markussen to ADOPT this  
resolution. Voice vote carried as follows, Mayor Reynolds, Miller, Lee,  
Markussen, and Happel: YES. Kahlow: NO. Resolution ADOPTED.  
Resolution assigning development of projects and programs for American  
Rescue Plan Act housing funds to the Economic and Community  
Development Commission.

Voice vote carried as follows, Mayor Reynolds, Kahlow, Happel, Miller, Lee:  
YES. Markussen: NO. Motion APPROVED.
