Resolution authorizing the application and committing to the Wisconsin

CONSENT AGENDA  
The following consent agenda will be approved with a single voice vote, based on the  
recommended actions, unless an item is removed at the request of the Mayor or a  
Council Member.  
ITEMS RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 6-1, to repeal and recreate Section 6-9, and  
to create Section 6-19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse  
regarding vicious animals and the regulation of Reckless Animal Owners.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Washburn  
Residential District to the to the Special Residence District, allowing for a triplex  
at 107-109 9th St S.  
AN ORDINANCE to repeal Subsection 44-69 (8) of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse to remove the traffic control signal from the intersection of  
5th Avenue and Main Street.  
AN ORDINANCE creating Sections 46-42 and 46-43 of the Code of Ordinances  
of the City of La Crosse regarding the creation of a Wellhead Protection  
district/s to ensure the long-term health of the City's drinking water supply.  
Resolution levying Special Charges for Services performed in 2025.  
Resolution authorizing a hazardous materials contract between the City of La  
Crosse Fire Department and Dairyland Power Cooperative.  
Resolution granting various license applications pursuant to Chapters 4, 6,  
and/or 10 of the La Crosse Municipal Code for the license period 2025-2026  
(November).  
Resolution approving Amendment to Ticketing Agreement between the City of  
La Crosse and Ticketmaster LLC.  
Resolution approving subordination request for permanent financing by Haven  
on Main, LLC regarding TIF Development Agreement.
