Chase St.  
Vote of 5-1 out of the Judiciary & Administration Committee.  
A CHARTER ORDINANCE to create Section 20 of Appendix A of the Code of  
Ordinances of the City of La Crosse creating the position, duties and  
responsibilities of the Office of the City Administrator and removing duties from  
the Office of the Mayor.  
Vote of 3-2 (with 1 abstention) out of the Judiciary & Administration Committee.  
*A 2/3 vote of Council is required for adoption.*  
Resolution authorizing funds in connection with the appeal of the incorporation  
for the Town of Campbell.(Note: The Committee and/or Council may convene in

AN ORDINANCE to amend Sec. 115-399. (d) of the Code of Ordinances of the  
City of La Crosse regarding the type of retaining wall appearances allowed  
when adding fill for a building site.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Commercial  
District to the Residence District, allowing for redevelopment of the building into  
a duplex at 1705 & 1707 16th St. S.  
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Single Family  
Residence District to the Residence District, allowing for redevelopment of the  
building into a duplex at 1233 & 1235 16th St. S.  
AN ORDINANCE to create Section 115-413 of the Code of Ordinances of the  
City of La Crosse to establish a temporary moratorium on data centers.  
Resolution granting various license applications pursuant to Chapters 4, 6,  
and/or 10 of the La Crosse Municipal Code for the license period 2026-2027  
(August).  
Resolution authorizing public improvement and levying special assessments  
against benefited property in La Crosse, Wisconsin - Noncompliant Sewer  
Lateral Reconstruction.  
Resolution and report of the Board of Public Works on the costs of operating  
and maintaining the parking system in downtown La Crosse.  
Resolution declaring official intent to reimburse expenditures from proceeds of  
borrowing under the Clean Water Fund Loan Program (#4105-09) for the  
Sanitary Sewer Utility upgrade of UV Disinfection at the WWTP.

Resolution approving an Amendment to the Project Plan of Tax Incremental

Resolution allocating TID (Tax Increment District) 11 funds to the
