Approval of Minutes from the October 26, 2023 meeting.  
A motion was made by Dunn, seconded by Janssen that the minutes be  
APPROVED. Voice carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Janssen, seconded by Fimple that the possible land  
sale be REFERRED for 30 days. Voice vote carried unanimously.

Development Commission and consideration and possible action on land sale  
price with War Eagle, LLC.

Przytarski made the motion to convene in closed session, seconded by  
Janssen. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. A motion was made  
by Janssen, seconded by Dunn, that the land sale  
amount and payment structuring outlined by staff be APPROVED. Voice vote  
carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned in closed session at 4:44 PM.
