Meeting called to order by Chairperson Happel at 8:38 a.m.

Approval of Minutes  
Minutes of April 17, 2025 meeting.  
Motion by Commissioner Jentz to approve the minutes of the April 17, 2025  
meeting.  
Motion seconded by Commissioner Frantz. Unanimous approval. Commissioner  
Nasif abstained.

Police Personnel Report - April 2025

Motion by Commissioner Nasif to accept and file the April, 2025 Police  
Personnel Report.  
Motion seconded by Commissioner Jentz. Unanimous approval.  
A. Appointment to regular status following successful completion of probationary  
period:  
1. Officer Daniel Godding  
2. Officer Max Grode  
3. Officer Daniel Skifton  
Motion by Commissioner Frantz to approve appointments to regular status  
following successful completion of probationary period for Officer Daniel  
Godding, Officer Max Grode, and Officer Daniel Skifton.  
Motion seconded by Commissioner Szymalak. Unanimous approval.  
Fire Personnel Report - April 2025
