The meeting was called to order by Chair Hatfield at 4:01pm.

Approval of Minutes for the December 22, 2022 meeting.  
A motion was made by Richmond, seconded by Dunn, that the minutes be  
approved. The motion carried by voice vote.  
Agenda Items:  
Consideration and possible action on Project Manager contract.

to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to formulate & update negotiation strategies and  
parameters. Following such closed session, the Committees and/or Council may

A motion was made by Dunn, seconded by Przytarski, to enter into closed  
session. This motion carried by roll call vote.  
A motion was made by Richmond, seconded by Dunn, that this contract be  
APPROVED with changes suggested by the Executive Director. The motion  
carried by voice vote.  
The committee adjourned in closed session.
