Specific, allowing for the construction of 14 single-family homes at 5917 River  
Run Road.

A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Weston, that the Ordinance be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 8/14/2025. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution to delay removal of historic water drinking fountains (aka  
“bubblers”).

A motion was made by Weston, seconded by Padesky, to OPEN public hearing.  
The motion carried unanimously.

Pohlman, Barbara Kooiman, and Jason Mickelson.  
Unanimous consent to CLOSE public hearing.  
A motion was made by Padesky, seconded by Bedford, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED to the Common Council on 8/14/2025.  
Bedford made an amendment to change wording from "delay removal" to  
"ensure the preservation through in-place or in storage," and subsequently  
withdrew said amendment.  
The motion that the Resolution be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED failed by  
the following vote:

RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED.  
A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Stine, that the Resolution be  
AMENDED as proposed (changing 1,000 feet to 500 feet). The motion carried  
unanimously.  
A motion was made by Trost, seconded by Dickinson, that the Resolution be  
RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED to the Common Council on  
8/14/2025. The motion carried by the following vote:
