Approval of Minutes  
Minutes of February 18, 2026 meeting.  
Motion by Commissioner Nasif to approve the minutes of the February 18, 2026  
meeting. Motion seconded by Commissioner Parke. Unanimous approval.  
Agenda Items:  
Police Personnel Report - March, 2026  
I.  
Presented by: Chief Kudron  
Motion by Commissioner Szymalak to accept and file the March, 2026 Police  
Personnel Report. Motion seconded by Commissioner Nasif. Unanimous  
approval.  
Fire Personnel Report - March, 2026

Presented by: Chief Schott  
Motion by Commissioner Parke to accept and file the March, 2026 Fire  
Personnel Report. Motion seconded by Commissioner Nasif. Unanimous  
approval.  
A. Promotion of Assistant Mechanic Kevin Bulman to the rank of Lieutenant.  
Motion by Commissioner Nasif to approve the promotion of Assistant Mechanic  
Kevin Bulman to the rank of Lieutenant. Motion seconded by Commissioner  
Parke. Unanimous approval.  
B. Appointment of the following to the position of probationary Firefighter:  
1. Jack Hubbard  
2. Luke Schemenauer  
3. Adam Schmitt  
4. Matthew Travis (pending successful completion of final requirement)  
5. Devin Viner  
Motion by Commissioner Parke to approve the appointment of Jack Hubbard,  
Luke Schemenauer, Adam Schmitt, and Devin Viner to the position of  
probationary Firefighter. Motion seconded by Commissioner Szymalak.  
Unanimous approval.  
Motion by Commissioner Parke to approve the appointment of Matthew Travis  
(pending successful completion of final requirement) to the position of  
probationary Firefighter. Motion seconded by Commissioner Nasif. Unanimous  
approval.  
C. Appointment of Firefighter Grace Babb to regular status following successful  
completion of probationary period.  
Motion by Commissioner Nasif to approve the appointment of Firefighter Grace  
Babb to regular status following successful completion of probationary period.  
Motion seconded by Commissioner Szymalak. Unanimous approval.  
Next Meeting: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.
