The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.

Motion by Bagniewski, second by Stanton to approved the March 5, 2025  
Meeting Minutes.  
Election of Officers  
The Mayor nominated himself and was unanimously approved to act as chair.  
Council Member Goggin nominated herself for vice chair and was unanimously  
approved to act as vice chair.  
Agenda Items:  
Information on Green Homeowners United home energy audit.

Kevin Kane, Chief Economist from Green Homeowners United, gave  
information on how they are helping people use federal funds from the  
Inflation Reduction Act for residential upgrades to homes. They are currently  
working with a state grant from the Wisconsin Public Service Commission to  
help 300 area residents to perform energy assessments on their properties,  
which in turn, can help residents receive and use federal funds.  
Discussion on Outdoor Lighting Regulation.

Staff provided an update on additional information they provided for the  
Outdoor Lighting Regulation research. Staff looked into different municipalities  
and went through the similarities and differences between those other  
ordinances.  
Discussion will continue at future meetings.  
Discussion on purpose of Commission and goals for the community.

The Commission had a discussion on their goals and actions for the next year.  
The discussion will be brought back to the August meeting.  
Update on the zoning/subdivision code project.

Staff provided and update on the Zoning Code Project.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:22 pm.
