The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm.

Approval of the February 4, 2026 Meeting Minutes  
Motion was made by Geary, seconded by McDonnell to approve the meeting  
minutes. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.  
Agenda Items:  
Presentation from Downtown Mainstreet Director.

The Downtown Mainstreet Director, Chad Honeycutt, came to update the  
Commission on the projects they are working on.  
Update from Neighborhood Associations.  
Representatives from all Neighborhood Associations were invite to the  
meeting to provide the Commission with information about their meetings and  
events. The following Neighborhood Associations provided an update.  
-Washburn Neighborhood Association  
-Logan Northside Neighborhood Association  
-Powell Poage Hamilton Neighborhood Association  
-Weigent Hogan Neighborhood Association  
-Lower Northside and Depot Neighborhood Association  
-Bluffside Neighborhood Association  
-Hintgen Neighborhood Association  
Discussion on Outdoor Lighting Regulation.

Staff provided an update that Scott Lind is helping draft an ordinance. Staff  
anticipates a draft would be available at the next Neighborhood Revitalization  
Commission meeting.  
Neighborhood Updates, Concerns, and Celebrations.
