10:00 a.m. Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust
During deliberations, the Board voted 4-1 (Giese voted no) on whether sales presented
by property owner are comparable.
Dillenbeck/Rade moved to approve the Assessor’s valuation is correct.
Talbot/Rada moved to amend the motion to include that the property owner did not
present sufficient evidence to rebut the presumption of correctness granted by law to
the Assessor and that the Assessor’s valuation is reasonable in light of all the relevant
evidence. The motion carried unanimously.
As amended, the motion carried unanimously.

11:15a.m. Trudy Ujdur
Property owner Trudy Ujdur, through her authorized agent Geoffrey Ujdur, requested a
postponed hearing.
Talbot moved to deny postponed hearing base on the City Clerk providing proper
notice and following procedure. The motion failed for lack of a second.
Bagniefski moved to allow a rescheduled hearing. Second by Dillenbeck. The motion
carried 4-1 (Talbot no).
The hearing was held immediately following. See Findings of Fact, Determinations and
Decision attached to file.
Adjournment
Rada moved to adjourn the 2026 Board of Review. Second by Dillenbeck. The
motion carried unanimously.
