Mayor Shaundel called the meeting to order at 10:00AM.

Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Gallager, to APPROVE the
minutes from May 12, 2025. The motion carried unanimously.
Agenda Items:
Metronet Street Privilege Permit request for communications in right-of-way in
the area bound by George St, Sumner St, Clinton St, and Island St.
Representative from Metronet was called to speak.
A motion was made by Gallager, seconded by Dickinson, to APPROVE
contingent of internal review and approval by Engineering. The motion carried
by the following vote:
