Matty requested and the committee approved by unanimous consent to edit the
language for item #25-1120 on the September 15, 2025 minutes from:
"Committee makes the recommendation for a 9% increase to health insurance
premiums and $2M from the cash reserves be placed in the Employee Benefit
Trust Fund."
to the below updated language:
"Committee makes the recommendation for a 9% increase to health insurance
in the 2026 operating budget and $2M from the cash reserves be placed in the
Employee Benefit Trust Fund."
All other items on the minutes were approved by unanimous consent.

2026 Dental Insurance Premiums
Hawkins motioned to approve the dental insurance rate increases as outlined
in the attachment; Franzen second the motion.

Goggin motioned to switch from RX Valet to Global ManageRX January 1,
2026; Hawkins second the motion.
Goggin motioned to switch to the Biosimilar Advantage Formulary January 1,
2026; Franzen second the motion.
