A motion was made by Lee, seconded by Dickinson, that this be ADOPT  
ACTIONS BY SINGLE VOTE . The motion carried by voice vote.

A motion was made by Lee, seconded by Rohr to go into closed session. The  
motion carried by voice vote.  
A motion was made in closed session by Miller, seconded by Lee to approve  
the application with amendments made as follows:  
Applicant will report on deliverables they stated in their application, section  
D5. Applicant will also report clear next steps for each business and who they  
are connected to for assistance. Applicant will be given up to one year to  
complete project, with staff approval of the time frame. The motion carried by  
voice vote.  
A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Lee to APPROVE AS AMENDED.  
The motion carried by voice vote.  
A THIRD AMENDED ORDINANCE to repeal and recreate sec 2-405 of the  
Code of Ordinances of the City of La Crosse regarding the sale of surplus  
land.

This item was taken second on the agenda.  
A motion was made by Dickinson, seconded by Rohr, that this Ordinance be  
AMENDED according to the new document in legistar and to remove the word  
"price" in section 7 of the document. The motion carried by voice vote.  
A motion was made by Markussen, seconded by Dickinson, that this Ordinance  
be RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED AS AMENDED to the Judiciary &  
Administration Committee. The motion carried by voice vote.
