Proposal to fund administration fees to Professional Benefit Administrators
(PBA) in the amount of $1.95 per member per month (approximately $14,391
annually) for PBA's Sapphire365 program which will provide compliance for
City's health plan to conform to the Consolidations Appropriations Act (CAA)
transparency regulations that go into effect January 1, 2023.
Discussion of introducing and offering a self funded dental plan to City
employees effective 1/1/2023.
