ITEMS RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED
AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Heavy Industrial
District to the Local Business District allowing for an ethnic grocery store with
new housing units built over the existing structure at 2109-2111 South Avenue.
AN ORDINANCE to amend secs. 10-47, 10-49, and 10-76 of the Municipal
Code of the City of La Crosse regarding beer gardens.
Resolution approving application of CY Capital LLC for a Conditional Use Permit
at 200 Main Street, Suite 101, allowing permission to apply for a Combination
"Class B" Beer & Liquor license.
Resolution regarding former Naval Reserve Training Center.
Resolution approving lease with The Hunger Task Force of La Crosse.
Resolution authorizing renewal for the Wisconsin Urban Search and Rescue
Emergency Response Services 2024-2026 agreement.
Resolution approving a reorganization of the table of positions and
classifications for the Street department.
Resolution granting various license applications pursuant to Chapters 4, 6,
and/or 10 of the La Crosse Municipal Code for the license period 2023-2024
(May).
Preliminary resolution declaring intent to exercise special assessment powers
under Secs. 66.0829 and 66.0703, Wisconsin Statutes, relating to the operating
and maintenance of a downtown parking system.
Resolution approving a reorganization to the table of positions and
classifications for the Water and Wastewater department
Resolution to support the designation of the Mississippi River Trail within the
limits of the City of La Crosse.
Resolution approving application of CDHN LLC for a Conditional Use Permit at

Coulee Rd, parcel 17-10575-63, to Sarah and Dylan Delagrave.
