the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Multiple Dwelling  
District to the Public/Semi Public District allowing for the parcel to be combined  
with adjacent properties for construction of a parking structure at 221 16th St.  
N.  
Recommendation to Adopt failed on a vote of 1-5 and 1 abstention out of the Judiciary &  
Administration Committee.  
ITEMS RECOMMENDED TO BE ADOPTED  
AN AMENDED ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of  
Ordinances of the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from  
Washburn Residential Neighborhood District to the Traditional Neighborhood  
District - Specific allowing for continued use of the property as a professional  
office space at 212 11th Street South.  
Vote of 5-2 out of the Judiciary & Administrative Committee.  
Amended Resolution appropriating ARPA funds in the amount of $60,000 in  
connection with Legal Action of Wisconsin’s project entitled Eviction Defense  
Project to establish a service to provide free legal assistance for families that  
are at risk of eviction.  
Vote of 4-2 out of the Finance & Personnel Committee

The following consent agenda will be approved with a single voice vote, based on the  
recommended actions, unless an item is removed at the request of the Mayor or a  
Council Member.

AN ORDINANCE to amend Subsection 115-110 of the Code of Ordinances of  
the City of La Crosse by transferring certain property from the Single Family  
Residence District to the Residence District allowing for the property to be used  
as a duplex at 812 Windsor Street.  
Resolution approving partial vacation of public street Right-of-Way on the east  
side of 28th Street South, near Fairchild Street East.  
Resolution approving Application of K & M Chances R LLC dba Chances R for  
an Expansion of Alcohol Beverage License & Street Privilege Permit for a  
special event at 417 Jay Street on June 1, 2024.  
Resolution approving Application of A&S Foster LLC dba Bottoms Up for an  
Expansion of Alcohol Beverage License & Street Privilege Permit for special  
event at 500 Copeland Avenue on June 8, 2024.  
Resolution approving Application of Karuna, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit at  
1012 Grove Street allowing for a rooming house.  
Resolution approving Investment Service agreements for the period of April 1,  
2024 through March 31, 2025.  
Resolution abolishing the City of La Crosse SLFRF Program Award  
Committee.  
Resolution authorizing the City of La Crosse Arts Board to enter into grant

Resolution approving a collective bargaining agreement between the City of La
