Agenda:
Discussion regarding municipal organization and leadership.
This meeting will explore how different approaches to municipal
organization and leadership can support clear roles, effective
decision-making, and accountability. We will consider various
organizational models and how each could strengthen day-to-day
operations and better position the city to serve the community.
